Had to have them come out on a Saturday and was told he might not be there until the morning. Less than 20 minutes later Carl showed up to work on our AC for us. Carl was very nice and fixed it within 30 minutes. We were very pleased with the whole interaction and will use them again if ever needed.

I like everything about them. The motor on my unit went out in the middle of the night. I called at 2am and left a message. By 12:30pm the next day it was repaired. The repairman was very knowledgeable and informative, and the price was reasonable.
